Leopard kills farmer sleeping in agriculture farm in Gujarat

Amreli, Dec 5 (UNI) A leopard attacked and killed a farmer sleeping in a farm in Mota Munjiyasa village under Bagasara taluka of Amreli district in Gujarat late last night, police said on Thursday.
It is the second incident of human killed by a leopard in the village situated close to forest.
Vajubhai Dhanjibhai Borad (50) was sleeping in the farm when around mid-night a leopard attacked him. His body with parts of belly portion and one leg eaten up by the beast was found at a distance of around 200 meters from the place where he was sleeping.
The forest department has put cages in and around the area to nab the leopard.
