Lebanon PM  quits

Beirut, Aug 10 (UNI) Lebanese Prime Minister Hassan Diab on Monday announced the resignation of his government in the backdrop of the devastating Beirut port explosion that took place on August 4.
Diab's announcement comes in the midst of number of high-profile resignations from the cabinet and parliament as citizens’ anger grows due to the Beirut port explosion. The explosion has so far claimed 163 lives.
