Patna, July 19 (UNI) Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar on Friday reviewed the law and order situation in the state and directed civil and police administration to ensure the protection of life and property at any cost.
Kumar held high-level review meeting with senior officials in the wake of the recent increase in crimes in the state, particularly the murder of father of VIP presidents Mukesh Sahni at his residence in Darbhanga.
In the meeting, Nitish issued a series of instructions to the authorities concerned to maintain law and order in the state.
