KT Rama Rao joins one million followers club on Twitter

Hyderabad, Feb 9 (UNI) Telangana Minister for Information Technology, KT Rama Rao, popularly known as " KTR", who is multi-lingual, being fluent in Telugu, English, Hindi and Urdu and more active on social media platforms, has joined the "club of million followers on Twitter."
Reaching a significant mark on Twitter, KTR is one amongst the few Indian politicians , who are
extremely active on social media platforms, joined the 1 million followers club on Friday.
KTR, who is the Minister for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, uses Twitter as a
medium to not only share updates about various initiatives and programs of the state government,
but also to connect with citizens on a regular basis.
KTR had about 50,000 followers exactly two years back, when he led the TRS Party to victory in the GHMC elections.
British Deputy High Commissioner of Hyderabad, Andrew Fleming, tweeted “My congratulations to
KT Rama Rao too; as I told him when we met recently his positive connection and interaction with
people is most impressive and clearly appreciated by many."
