The KR Public Relation Officer G R Karandhikar said here today that KR has introduced a unique ‘Sarathi Seva’ Service for the Physically Challenged Passengers, which will provide wheel-chair alongwith an Assistant is provided free of cost to physically challenged passengers at nominated stations from coach to exit and vice versa.
