Kothamangalam Church case: HC mulls possibility of summoning Central forces

Kochi, Aug 14 (UNI) Kerala High Court on Friday sought the possibility of summoning Central forces in connection with the Kothamangalam Church dispute case, in which the Supreme Court has ordered to hand it over to the Orthodox faction.
Judge P B Sureshkumar gave the intimidation, as the government failed to implement the Supreme Court order. The details in the case should be handed over to a Judge of the Central government and the judge should appear before the court on Tuesday when it is taken up for hearing.
Enough time was allowed to implement the Supreme Court order. However, there were lapses from the government in taking over the church. At this time, the court sought the possibility of summoning central forces.
