Regional Meteorological Department in Alipore has forecast rains which will continue across the city and South Bengal throughout tomorrow. "We have been observing widespread rains over most of East India, including West Bengal, due to the cyclonic circulation over East Madhya Pradesh and adjoining Bihar.
