Kolkata Horror: Medic rape and murder trial of RG Kar Hospital begins Monday

Kolkata, Nov 11 (UNI) Exactly 3 months and 2 days after the horrendous alleged rape and murder of a 31-year-old resident doctor committed in the West Bengal government owned RG Kar Medical College and Hospital
the trial would begin at the Sealdah Session Court in camera on Monday, court sources said.
Arrangements were made to bring prime accused Sanjay Roy, a Civic Volunteer attached to the Kolkata Police, from the Presidency jail to the Sealdah court (central Kolkata), where a multi-pronged security system was already in place under the supervision of senior Kolkata Police officials.
