Kolkata: Durgatinashini dance drama to be staged at Rabindra Sadan on Sep 22

Kolkata, Sep 18 (UNI) As the grand festival of Durga Puja approaches, the essence of Nari Shakti (women’s empowerment) will to be celebrated through an extraordinary artistic presentation of the triumph of good over evil.
The captivating dance drama named “Durgatinashini”, to be staged on September 22 at Rabindra Sadan, aims to project goddess Durga’s triumph over the demon Mahishasur, symbolising the timeless victory of good over evil and the enduring power of the feminine spirit.
The programme will witness a mesmerising performance by renowned Odissi dancer Dona Ganguly and her troupe, Diksha Manjari.
