Kolhapur, Jul 3 (UNI) City's teenage tennis player, Aishwarya Jadhav on Sunday left for the United Kingdom to participate in under-14 Junior Wimbledon Tennis Championship in London, scheduled to commence from July seven.
She left for London from Delhi today.
Born in the year 2008, Aishwarya's parents originally hailed from Yuvluj village in Panhala tehsil of the district.
The 13-year-old will play on the grass court in Junior Wimbledon Grand Slam Tennis competition for under-14 age group, which will be held at All England Club in London from July 7.
Before participating in the competition, she would also attend a special training camp from July 4 to 6.
