Hyderabad, Dec 5 (UNI) Ahead of the first T20I against West Indies, Team India captain Virat Kohli on Thursday threw his weight behind the under-fire Rishabh Pant and urged everyone to support the young batsman in his trying times.
Pant has been under the scanner for quite a while, due to his bad form with the bat and for erratic work behind the stumps. He was also recently criticised for poor DRS calls.
Many former cricketers and experts also expressed that Pant is fast running out of time. However, Kohli made it clear that the Indian team believes in Pant's abilities.
