Kissan Bazar to start functioning from April 29

Gangtok, Apr 25 (UNI) With commercial phase of Sikkim organic going on, the state government has decided to provide farmers with Kissan Bazar here and such market places will come up in all the other three districts and elsewhere if required.
Kissan Bazar (KB) here will be inaugurated on April 29.
The market exclusively for farmers is aimed at enabling farmers from 28 constituencies selling their farm produce directly to customers. This is also meant to remove the middlemen buying at lowest possible and selling at very high rate.
