Kishan Reddy describes Shravan's arrest as undemocratic

Hyderabad, May 19 (UNI) Union Minister and Telangana BJP state President Kishan Reddy stated that the government arrested Malkajgiri BJP Corporator Shravan in a conspiratorial and undemocratic manner.

It may be noted here that the Cyber Crime Police, Hyderabad, arrested four individuals, including Malkajgiri BJP Corporator Shravan, for circulating an old video with fake information about the election process and making it viral.

On Sunday, Kishan Reddy visited Shravan's family in Malkajgiri and assured them that the BJP would support them in every way possible. He described the arrest as undemocratic, emphasising that no notice was given. Reddy accused the BRS and Congress of colluding and plotting to hinder the BJP.

Reddy expressed confidence that the conspiracies of both parties would be effectively countered. He asserted that their attempts to prevent the BJP's success in Malkajgiri would fail and declared that the saffron flag would continue to fly in Telangana.

He reiterated his commitment to fighting against the hereditary parties adopting undemocratic methods.

Earlier, Reddy also visited the family of BJP worker Gokaram Laxman, who was injured in an attack by BRS leaders during the parliamentary elections in Bholakpur Division, Mahatma Nagar of Musheerabad Constituency. He assured them of the BJP's full support.
