Khushi Hooda wins the All India Ladies Amateur Golf Championship 2018

Kolkata, Dec 02 (UNI) It was a completely unpredictable match today between Jahanvi Bakshi and Khushi Hooda who engaged in what can be only called a neck to neck competition.
In the rounds played towards the beginning, Khushi was 2 down but it was in the 17th and 18th hole that the game changed for her! In the 17th hole she successfully played a 30-yard pitch, and on the 18th hole, she shot hit a 17 feet putt which was where the magic worked. Finally, Khushi won by 1 up over Jahanvi.
Khushi Hooda was the youngest golfer who played in this tournament and in a brief conversation with she spoke about her journey through this tournament – “The only goal which set before every tournament is that I have to win. It was a very tough competition for me, and Jahanvi has been playing so well so it feels like an achievement!”
