Khurda Road Division accelerates rooftop solar energy generation

Bhubaneswar, Dec 12 (UNI) In line with Indian Railways’ mission to promote clean and renewable energy, Khurda Road Division of East Coast Railway (ECoR) has initiated a slew of measures to accelerate rooftop solar power generation across its service buildings and Railway infrastructure.
Khurda Road Division continues to expand its solar power capacity with a long-term target of 14,408 kWp, said ECoR officials.
This expansion is aimed at equipping various service buildings with rooftop solar panels to generate clean electricity and reduce dependency on conventional sources.
