Khelo India Sports Hostel, Army Girls Sports Company inaugurated in Pune

Pune, May 25 (UNI) The Khelo India Sports Hostel and the Army Girls Sports Company were inaugurated on Saturday at the Army Sports Institute here, achieving a historic milestone in realm of sports.
Distinguished guests including General Manoj Pandey, Chief of Army Staff, Sandeep Pradhan, Director General of Sports Authority of India, and celebrated athlete Ms Anju Bobby George, were present for the ceremony.
The Khelo India Sports Hostel, a visionary initiative conceptualised and funded by Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports (MoYAS), has now been integrated into the Army Sports Institute, an official press statement stated.

Gauff, seeded third, impressed with her powerful serve, firing 12 aces and 28 winners during the match. Despite nine double faults, her dominance on the first serve, winning 77% of points, proved decisive.
