Khattar to inaugurate Air Shuttle services from Hisar airport on Sep 3

Chandigarh, Sep 1 (UNI) Haryana government is going to mark another milestone in its commitment towards people as Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar will be inaugurating the Air Shuttle services from Hisar Airport on September three.
Giving this information here on Sunday, a Civil Aviation department spokesman said Haryana would become the first state in the country, to take special initiative for the enhancement of regional connectivity by inviting proposals from air operators for Air Shuttle services through fiscal support on the guidelines of Union Government's Regional Connectivity Scheme "UDAN" (Ude Desh Ka Aam Nagrik).
He said a large flying training organization is also being setup at Hisar Airport by SpiceJet Limited for training of at least 100 cadet pilots per year initially. The students of Haryana domicile would be benefitted in many ways like, four meritorious girls would get 50 per cent fee concession for entire flying training and 10 per cent students of Haryana domiciles would get 50 per cent waive off on tuitions fees. SpiceJet has also committed to ensure absorption as well as placement of 70 per cent pilots trainees.
