Khaira seeks Amarinder's stand on likely elevation of Kamal Nath as CM of MP

Chandigarh, Dec 13 (UNI) Former Leader of Opposition in Punjab assembly and AAP MLA Sukhpal Singh Khaira seeks Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh’s stand on the likely elevation of Kamal Nath as Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister, in view of his alleged involvement in the 1984 riots.
When Kamal Nath who is a key suspect in the 1984 massacre of Sikhs is likely to be elevated as Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh should clarify his stand on this, Mr Khaira said in a statement here on Thursday.
Kamal Nath’s presence outside Rakabganj Gurudwara near Parliament, during the massacre, was confirmed not only by then Indian Express journalist Sanjay Suri but two very senior police officers - Commissioner Subhash Tandan, and Additional Commissioner Gautam Kaul was also confirmed.
