Agitated shopkeepers in main bazars against inaction of police

Ambala, Oct 30 (UNI) Agitated shopkeepers in Barara under the banner of Haryana Swarankar Sangh demonstrated in the main bazaars against the inaction of the police in arresting the robbers who had looted ornaments worth over Rs 1 crore on gun point from the shop in the main bazaar two days back. The shopkeepers raised slogans against the police who had failed to nab the robbers.

Makaravilakku: Only 5k devotees allowed at Lord Ayyappa temple

Thiruvananthapuram, Oct 30 (UNI) Kerala Devaswom Board Minister Kadakampally Surendran on Friday said that only 5,000 devotees will be allowed for Darshan at the world famous Lord Ayyappa temple in Sabarimala on the concluding day of the annual 'Makaravilakku' festival.
