Thiruvananthapuram, Sep 29 (UNI) Kerala reported 22 deaths due to COVID-19 on Tuesday taking total to 719, whereas 7,354 people tested positive to the virus, 3,420 patients have recovered from the disease and 61,791 patients are under treatment, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said.
"Of the positive cases reported today, 7,036 persons were infected through contact and the source of infection for 672 was not traceable. There are 130 healthcare workers among those infected," the CM said while addressing a press conference here this evening.
