Kerala Guv likely to skip 'anti-CAA' reference from his policy speech, to term it as 'anti-Constitutional'

Thiruvananthapuram, Jan 28 (UNI) Kerala Governor Arif Mohammad Khan is likely to skip the anti-CAA reference from his customary policy speech in the Legislative Assembly on January 29 and term it as 'anti-Constitutional'.
The Governor's 'reaction' will also be in the Assembly's 'record' along with the 'unchanged portion' on CAA.
The Governor will deliver his customary policy speech in the house on the opening day of the Budget Session on January 29.
