Thiruvananthapuram, Sep 21 (UNI) Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has directed to speed up development works related to the extension of Industrial Corridor to Kochi in the State.
The concerned departments and agencies are directed to speed up the works following the Centre's decision to extend the Chennai-Bengaluru Industrial Corridor to Kochi, according to a press release from the Chief Minister's office here on Saturday.
A decision in this regard was taken in a meeting Chaired by the Chief Minister. The meeting was attended by chief secretary Tom Jose, Principal secretary (Industries) Dr K Elangovan, Revenue Principal secretary Dr V Venu and KSIDC MD Sanjay Kaul hers this morning.
