Kerala Assembly passes 21 Bills during 14th session

Thiruvananthapuram, Oct 10 (UNI) The 14th session of the 15th Kerala Legislative Assembly concluded on a high note with the passage of 21 bills, including the 2023 Kerala Public Records Bill and the Appropriation Bill for the 2025-26 budget, reflecting a session marked by robust legislative activity.
A total of 10,222 amendment notices were submitted by legislators, of which 8,354 were department-specific, and ministers accepted 73 amendments, demonstrating thorough deliberations within the House.
Key bills passed include the 2025 Kerala Wetland Conservation Bill, Kerala Private Land Regularization Bill, Kerala Forest (Amendment) Bill, Wildlife Protection (Kerala Amendment) Bill, Malayalam Language Bill, Kerala Public Service Rights Bill, Kerala Societies Registration Bill, and the Kerala Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Amendment) Bill.
