Kenya women's 15s rugby team eyes WC after beating Uganda in Elgon Cup

Nairobi, Jun 24 (Xinhua) Kenya rugby teams hope their mixed results will inspire better performance on the return fixtures of the 2019 Elgon Cup even as the women side eyes qualification to the World Cup.
Kenya's Lionesses easily dispatched Uganda's She Cranes 42-13 in the first leg in Kisumu but the men's team Simbas lost narrowly 16-13 to Uganda.
Kenya Lionesses head coach Felix Oloo warned his players to expect tough competition on return leg in Uganda.
