Kejriwal hits out at BJP over Vijay Nair arrest

Kejriwal hits out at BJP over Vijay Nair arrest

New Delhi, Sept 28 (UNI) Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal on Wednesday took a veiled attack on BJP while reacting to the arrest of AAP worker Vijay Nair and said “Seeing the rapidly growing graph of AAP in Gujarat, these people have gone mad.”
Kejriwal reacted after his party worker Vijay Nair was arrested on Tuesday in connection with alleged irregularities in New Delhi Excise Policy.
Kejriwal, in a media briefing, said, “Yesterday, they arrested a small AAP worker, Vijay Nair, who was looking after the communication of Gujarat after Punjab. It was being insisted upon to name the Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia. Seeing the rapidly growing graph of AAP in Gujarat, these people have gone mad.”
Kejriwal attacked BJP (without mentioning the name) over rising inflation and unemployment in the country. “Today there is inflation in the country, unemployment is everywhere. But they don’t care. They have only one job for round the clock, crush Kejriwal and crush AAP. First Delhi won, then Punjab won, now Gujarat will win and then the country will win,” he said.
He alleged, “First they arrested Satyendar Jain, then Amanatullah Khan in fake cases. Yesterday they arrested Vijay Nair. Next week they are going to arrest Manish Sisodia. My appeal to every AAP worker across the country- everyone should be ready for arrest.”
