Kejriwal embarrassed country by wearing sandals at state ceremony, says businessman, sends him Rs 364 dd to buy shoes

New Delhi, Feb 4 (UNI) Ridiculing Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for 'embarrassing' the country by wearing 'sandals' at a recent state ceremony, a Vishakapatnam-based businessmen has sent a DD of Rs 364 to the AAP leader so that he could buy a ‘nice pair of black formal shoes’ for himself.
Sandeep Agarwal took to social media platform 'Facebook' and posted his DD along with an open letter , written to Mr Kejriwal, in which he slammed the Chief Minister for wearing sandals while meeting French President François Hollande at a dinner hosted by President Pranab Mukherjee at Rashtrapati Bhawan last month.
'' It broke my heart to see you like this. I’m deeply aggrieved. It’s sad that the Delhi Government does not even provide proper footwear to its employees whereas even micro scale industries (such as mine), with their lifetime budgets far lesser than Delhi Government’s daily budget, provide boots to their labourers free of cost!'' Mr Agarwal stated in his letter.
