New Delhi, Sep 16 (UNI) Taking a jibe at Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Congress president Rahul Gandhi on their visits to religious places ahead of the upcoming 2019 Lok Sabha polls, AAP supremo Arvind Kejriwal on Sunday said that 'nation' will be built not by temple and mosque but by giving schools, hospitals and electricity to the people.
"Rahulji is visiting temples, Modiji, now in mosques. Nation will be built not by temple and mosque but by giving schools, hospitals, roads, electricity and water to the people," the Delhi Chief Minister tweeted in Hindi.
Mr Kejriwal said schools, higher education institutes and world class research institute's are the 21st century temple and mosque .
On Friday, Prime Minister had attended Ashara Mubaraka commemoration of the Martyrdom of Imam Hussain (SA), orgainised by the Dawoodo Bohra Community, at Saifee Masjid in MP's Indore.
Congress president Rahul Gandhi recently undertook a pilgrimage to the Kailash-Mansoravor.
