KC(M) factions to hold meets on Dec 14

Kottayam, Dec 8 (UNI) The rival factions of Kerala Congress (M), led by Jose K Mani and P J Joseph, set to convene separate meetings of the party state committee on December 14.
A meeting of KC(M) steering committee members owing allegiance to late K M Mani decided to convene the state committee meeting here on December 14.
The event, according to the Mani faction, is being planned in view of the decision of Joseph , KC(M) working chairman, to convene a meeting of KC(M) state committee members at Thodupuzha the same day.
Earlier, the Kattappana sub-court categorically stated that majority and not consensus was the sole criterion in electing the new chairman of the party.
