Kartik Aaryan to take break from films after Chandu champion?

New Delhi, June 21 (UNI) MTV Beats is set to bring a fresh wave of entertainment to screens with the premiere of "Komedy with Akki", a hilarious new show promising laughter and wit.
Hosted by Vikalp Mehta, who channels his inner Khiladi 786 - Akshay Kumar, the show aims to unravel the true personas of Bollywood celebrities through candid conversations and comedic flair.
The inaugural episode, airing on Friday at 7 PM on MTV Beats and Jio Cinema, features none other than Kartik Aaryan, known for his charismatic screen presence and infectious humour. In a lively exchange, Kartik discusses his latest role as Chandu Champion and sheds light on his future plans in the film industry.
Addressing rumours about taking a hiatus post "Chandu Champion", Kartik clarified, "The story had so much substance on its own, we didn't need to fictionalise anything or bring a new twist. All those moments in the film are from their life.
"If all these films were happening together, I would have been going into different genres. But this is one multi-genre film where I got to do so much, so I would like to take a little rest, but I won't stop working."
"Komedy with Akki" promises an evening of entertainment as it combines celebrity interviews with humour, starting with Kartik Aaryan's journey from Chandu to Champion.
