Karnataka: Six killed, two injured in van-lorry collision

Vijayapura, Nov 21 (UNI) Six road construction labourers were killed and two others injured when a van, in which they were traveling, collided with a lorry at Honaganahalli here on Tuesday night.
Police said on Wednesday that the labourers hailed from Maharashtra State and were identified as Vikasa Vilasa Survamshi of Charegaon in Sathara District, Mustafa Isak Mangarold of Nanded District, Gajanana Firaji Done of Bose Village, Hingoli District, Toufiq Syed, Abbas Abdul Patel of Mangarula Village, Latur District, Mybub Norasab Syed of Sonavala village.
All the injured were admitted to private hospital here.
