Bengaluru, Jul 18 (UNI) Karnataka Governor Vajubhai Vala has directed Chief minister HD Kumaraswamy to prove majority of his government by 1330 hours on Friday.
Earlier, Governor had sent a message to the Assembly Speaker to complete the trust vote moved by the Chief Minister today itself.
Despite the Governor’s message, the Deputy Speaker Krishna Reddy, who was in the chair, adjourned the house when the ruling party members raised slogans against the BJP for allegedly misusing the office of the Governor.
With the fresh direction from the Governor to the Chief minister to prove his majority on the floor of the house on Friday, the fate of the 14-month-old JD(S)-Congress government would be decided tomorrow.
