Bengaluru, Jun 13 (UNI) The much awaited Cabinet expansion, which was postponed for tomorrow, will be held tomorrow, amid reports that JD(S) MLA from Hunasur Assembly constituency H Vishwanath may also join the ministry.
The Cabinet expansion, which was supposed to take place on Monday, last, was deferred for Friday following the sudden demise of renowned writer and Jnanapith award recipient Girish Karnad.
There are three berths vacant in the cabinet, two of them belongs to the JD(S) quota in the coalition government and Chief minister is expected to induct two Independent MLAs, Nagesh (Mulabagilu) and R Shankar (Ranebennur), who had switched sides from the BJP to the JD(S)-Congress Alliance recently.
