Karnataka: Anticipatory bail to three in rape case involving BJP MLA

Bengaluru, Oct 16 (UNI) The Special MP/MLA Court here on Monday granted anticipatory bail to three individuals, Lohit, Kiran, and Manjunath, in connection with a rape case in which BJP MLA Munirathna is also an accused.
The order was passed by Judge Santhosh Gajanan Bhat, offering relief to the trio who, along with Munirathna, were named in a complaint filed by a 40-year-old woman, a social worker from Rajarajeshwari Nagar.
The complainant had been actively involved with the BJP.
