Kangra Valley Carnival Literature Festival held at Dharamshala

Dharamshala, Dec 26 (UNI) The Kangra Valley Carnival Literature Festival, organised under the Kangra Valley Carnival 2025, was held on Friday at the auditorium of Government Postgraduate College, Dharamshala.
The event witnessed the presence of eminent personalities associated with literature, art and culture, along with a large gathering of literature enthusiasts. The festival emerged as a vibrant confluence of literature, theatre, music and intellectual dialogue.
Addressing the gathering, Deputy Commissioner Hemraj Bairwa said that literature is the soul of society, as it not only gives direction to thoughts but also strengthens human sensibilities.
