Kaithal district authorities carry out demolition of unauthorised colonies

Kaithal, Feb 18 (UNI) Taking a strict stand against illegal colonisation, the District Administration and District Town Planning Department demolished the colonies being developed illegally in the revenue estates of Patti Kayastha Seth and Patti Chaudhary falling under the urban area of Kaithal city on Wednesday.
This action was carried out under the supervision of District Town Planner Praveen Kumar, who was posted as Duty Magistrate.
He said that the boundary wall of an illegal colony spread over two acres in Patti Chaudhary was demolished. In Patti Kayastha Seth also, roads, a sewerage line and DPC had been built over an area of two acres. These were demolished at the initial stage itself with the help of JCB machines.
