K-Rail not abandoned, says Kerala CM

Thiruvananthapuram, Dec 8 (UNI) The proposed Rs 64,000 crore Speed Rail (K-Rail) will not be abadoned, Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan told the State Legislative Assembly on Thursday.
The Chief Minister said this while replying to an adjournment motion moved by Congress member Roji M John.
The Chief Minister said though the Revenue department recalled its staff deputed for planting yellow stones for the proposed project, we can't even think of abandoning the K-Rail project which is waiting for the Centre's approval.
