Jyotiraditya Scindia attacks Raghubar Govt over unemployment and displacement

Dhanbad, Dec 10 (UNI) Congress leader Jyotiraditya Scindia on Tuesday attacked the Raghubar Das government over the issues of unemployment and displacement.
Addressing an election rally in Jharia, pitching for party candidate Poornima Singh, he said if Mahagathbandhan the state will be made free from the BJP and natives will not be displaced.
He said the youth and the farmers in Jharkhand were under stress but he government is busy merry making.
He also attacked the state government over the water and power crisis in the region and said that the displacement policy adopted here is neither providing adequate compensation to the displaced nor rehabilitating them properly.
The former Union minister said that if voted to power the party will take the best possible measures to check displacement.
He said the Mahagathbandhan government will ensure right MSP for farmers, the tribals will be given right over their land and women will be provided security.
Jharia is tangled in an interesting poll battle where Congress nominee Poornima Singh is fighting against her sister-in-law Ragni Singh of the BJP.
Ragni Singh is the wife of sitting Jharia MLA Sanjeev Singh who is in jail in connection with the murder of his cousin and former deputy mayor of Dhanbad Neeraj Singh. Poornima is Neeraj Singh's wife and contesting the polls as Congress candidate.
Jharia is among the 16 seats going to polls in the fourth phase on December 16.
