Entertainment » OtherPosted at: Nov 2 2016 11:01AM JPC on Citizenship Bill to visit Assam after Nov 19: GovtGuwahati, Nov 2 (UNI) Assam government has clarified that the Joint Parliamentary Committee on Citizenship Amendment Bill would visit the state after November 19 to hold discussion with various stakeholders. In a clarification, the office of Commissioner and Secretary of Home and Political Affairs said that the news publised in certain section of media that "the study visit has been postponed indefinitley is not based on facts" and the panel would visit Assam after November 19 byelections.
