JMM describes passage of two farm bills as 'black chapter' for country

Ranchi, Sep 18 (UNI) The Jharkhand Mukti Morcha has described passage of the two farm bills- one on Agri market reforms and the other on contract farming provisions as black chapter for the country.
Addressing a press conference here, JMM general secretary and spokesperson Supriyo Bhattacharya said on his birthday the Prime Minister ensured passage of such two bills due to which farmers of the country are on the roads. He said, the farmers of the country have clearly understood that Modi government has now prepared laws which would destroying the economic conditions of the farmers.
Bhattacharya further said, since the year 2019 the Central government has opened its doors completely for its corporate friends. He said that GDP of the country in the first quarter of 2020-21 has gone down into minus 29 while the GDP growth of two corporate friends of BJP Mukesh Ambani and Gautam Adani has increased by 29 per cent and 26 per cent.
