State JD (U) president Vashishtha Narayan Singh told UNI here that nearly 500 delegates from outside the state, who would attend the meeting, would be informed about prohibition in Bihar and Mr Kumar's nationwide campaign against liquor, which had been well received across the country. Speaking on other agenda, Mr Singh said the unopposed election of Mr Kumar as the party president for the second consecutive term would be ratified in the meeting tomorrow.
