While talking to UNI here today, Police Superintendent (Rail) P K Mishra confirmed that the JD (U) MLA who boarded the train at Katihar station had not obtained a ticket. He said the Train Superintendent, Sahib Singh, on the day of the incident in his report to the Northern Railway headquarters has mentioned about the minister travelling without ticket.
