Tokyo, Sep 29 (UNI)Foreign ministers of the Quad countries - India, US, Japan and Australia will meet here on October 6, to realize a free and open Indo-Pacific region, Japanese Foreign Minister Motegi Toshimitsu said on Tuesday.
According to sources, the meeting is likely to discuss ways to deal increasing military muscle flexing by China in the Indo-Pacific region. This will be their second meeting after talks in New York last year.
The meeting will be convened by S Jaishankar (India), Mike Pompeo (US), Marise Payne (Australia) and Toshimitsu Motegi (Japan).
