Shimla, Dec 27 (UNI) The Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee on Thursday alleged that the BJP Government in the state has given clean chit in 19 cases of Corruption during last one year.
Raising the issue of withdrawal of cases of corruption against BJP Leaders and it's workers, Congress in a chargesheet submitted to the Governor said that rather than letting the law takes its own course, the state Government withdrew or initiated the process for withdrawal of 19 cases of corruption and breaking the law, registered against BJP MLA’s, ex-MLA’s, BJP leaders and workers.
This was done just to get a clean chit for leaders like Vidhan Sabha Speaker and Nahan MLA, Dr Rajeev Bindal, who was facing a case in irregularities in recruitment in Solan Municipal Committee, Congress alleged.
