Addressing a press conference in the new Secretariat, he said that Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu camped four days in drought hit Anantapuram district and deployed government machinery to supervise the crop saving measures. The Chief Minister waged war against the drought and conquered by utilizing technology.
