J&K: Police defuses old rusted shell in Surankote

Jammu, Dec 5 (UNI) Police on Thursday defused an old rusted shell found in the forest area in Surankote area of Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Police said that an old rusted shell was found in a Nalla at Jabra Hari forest area of Surankote.
“The shell was seized and defused after proper procedure,” said police adding that the cognizance has been taken and investigation started.
