Jammu, Feb 20 (UNI) National Conference President Dr Farooq Abdullah on Wednesday said that the state of Jammu and Kashmir is passing through a most difficult phase due to political instability and governance deficit in recent years.
“The State is passing through a most difficult phase due to political instability and governance deficit in recent years and therefore the people are looking towards us with hope”, the National Conference President said while speaking at a function.
He said that his party will strive to assuage their political aspirations and in-still much needed sense of security.
