J&K DGP inaugurates medical awareness camp on fatty liver

Jammu, Sept 19 (UNI) Director General of Police Dr S P Vaid today inaugurated medical awareness cum screening camp on fatty liver at Jammu Airport here.
The camp was supervised by Dr Bharat Bhushan Gupta, Ex Professor and Head, Division of Gastroenterology, Govt Medical College, Jammu with an aim as a commitment towards the social-cause on the initiative of SSP Anti-hijacking Jammu, Rajinder Kumar Gupta.
The DGP exhorted upon the need for organizing more such camps, especially in the Battalions at rural areas so that Police officials could avail specialized medical consultancy and diagnostics at their doorsteps.
