J&K Admn to pace up land record digitization, likely to complete by year end

Jammu, May 25 (UNI) Jammu and Kashmir Administration is all set to pace up the land record digitisation exercise, which is likely to be completed by year end.
In Jammu and Kashmir, the land record exercise was initiated in the year 2013-14 and is still moving at snail’s pace.
“Under the Digital India Land Records Modernisation Programme (DILRMP) the Revenue Department in 2015 had selected two districts –Srinagar and Jammu – for digitization”, an official said.
