IWTMA, Husum signs MoU to promote sustainable development

New Delhi, Oct 17 (UNI) IWTMA and Messe Husum along with Indo German Export Promotion Council (IGEP) have joined hands for supporting renewable energy and promoting sustainable environment.
The two bodies who have been associated with encouraging and producing the renewable resources signed a MoU in Chennai to strengthening their cooperation for supporting this development.
India and Germany share the goals for environment-friendly development for the advantage of their population and for reducing the negative effects of climate change. The success of India’s development will go to a large extent depending on the possibilities to close the big gap between energy and demand.
The parties feel that wind energy will play a key role in this context and, therefore, the IWTMA and the Messe Husum agree upon strengthening co-operation for supporting this development.
Sarvesh Kumar, Chairman, IWTMA, on the occasion said, ''We are honored that Messe Husum has joined hands with us. Our aim is to raise awareness and emphasize the need to efficiently showcase the innovations and strength of wind energy industry.''
The main objective for both IWTMA and Messe Husum is to support the strengthening of business relations between Indian and German Companies and to facilitate the transfer of state-of-the-art technologies.
In addition to this, systematic market research will be carried out to identify products which can be manufactured in India at Internationally competitive conditions in line with ‘Make in India’ concept.
Dr Robert Habeck, Minister of Agriculture, the Environment and Rural Area, on the association said, “We are looking forward to this relationship with IWTMA and working in India, this MoU is not just about the green development in the country but it will also strengthen ties between both the nation With both the nations working towards single goal, we are absolutely sure about achieving the desired results.”

PHD Chamber identifies 10 key enablers for India to become Viksit Bharat by 2047

New Delhi, Apr 17 (UNI) Industry body PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry has identified 10 key enablers including ease of doing business, reducing cost of doing business such as cost of capital, power, logistics, land among others, that would lead the Indian economy to “Viksit Bharat by 2047”
Releasing a blueprint for “Viksit Bharat by 2047”, the PHDCCI said the Indian economy is displaying robust growth post Covid pandemic despite continued global headwinds. India’s economy will become USD 34.7 trillion by 2047 with per capita income of USD 21000.
