Chennai, Dec 3 (UNI) The makers of Rajinikanth starrer
'2.0', a 3D sci-fic action film, have pushed its release
yet again and that it now would hit the screens in April
next year.
Lyca Produtions in statement issued on Sunday, said
the film would be released in April.
The movie, which was initially slated for release this
year, was shifted to January 26 due to post-production
works.
Now the makers have changed the release date yet
again and it was officially announced that the film will
hit the screens in April 2018.
The producers said 'the Magnum opus SciFi action
thriller 2.0 to be screened worldwide on April 2018.
Nation’s costliest 3D film starring Rajinikanth, Akshay
Kumar, Amy Jackson, directed by Shankar, music by
AR Rahman. The high-tech post production works are
fully geared and the team is all set for the release
schedule'.
Plans were afoot to release the film in various
languages.
